Bio motor ability underlies the performance of a wide range of motor skills and serves as the criterion through which physical fitness is assessed. Dexterity denotes skill and grace in fine hand movement, while handedness reflects an individual's preferred use of the right or left hand for a given task. This study examined the impact of a model physical education curriculum on coordination and balance among dexterous preadolescents.
